Eligibility Criteria

Registration: This offer is available to new members who successfully sign up and create an account with NextNest. Your journey to becoming a luxury rental host starts here.
Property Eligibility: To qualify for our services and the signup bonus, your property must meet our eligibility criteria. These standards ensure we maintain a collection of high-quality, desirable homes for guests. Our onboarding process will guide you through these requirements.
Short-term Rental License Assistance: Unique to NextNest, we facilitate and finance the application for your short-term rental license required by your local city. While we manage the application process, please note the issuance of the license is subject to city approval.

Completion of Onboarding: The $150 bonus will be awarded upon the successful completion of our comprehensive onboarding process, which includes property verification, listing creation, and securing a short-term rental license.
Payment of Bonus: After fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the bonus will be credited to your NextNest account. Please allow up to 30 days for the bonus to be processed.

This offer is limited to one $150 bonus per new member and is not transferable.
